I didn't take this job to be a snitch!

When I took this promotion, I knew it would be more responsibility and tough claims. Like today... Got three icky ones. But what I didn't sign up for was the BS of ultimately spying on my coworkers! My sup insists I can't listen to anything on my headphones so she can make sure I hear how this one coworker is talking on the phone, talking to others, working in general. Seriously??? I'll do it for a little while, but if she's that concerned, she should move the troubled employee to the big beautiful cube right across from her! This is ridiculous!!! I'm becoming unhappy...
